A makeshift shrine for Sharif Clark, 23, stands at the corner of Hudson Avenue and Ernst Street on Sept. 21, 2021. The corner was a place where Clark often spent time hanging out with friends. On Sept. 19, 2021, the one year anniversary of the Pennsylvania Avenue shooting that left Jaquayla Young dead, Clark and James Jones, 35, were killed at a party in a commercial building on Driving Park Avenue.
